Friends of DuPont Forest are happy to announce the return of the Bring Your Own Bus tour, a guided tour of the DuPont Forest waterfalls. The first tour this year is scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, May 2. 2018.

Bring Your Own Bus is designed to increase the Forest’s accessibility, especially for people who may not be able to hike to the crown jewels of the forest. Groups such as churches, retirement communities, and other social organizations are invited to bring their own bus for a tour of the DuPont waterfalls. Individuals interested in joining the tour will have the opportunity to reserve a space online. Details will roll out in March.

Here is how it works. Groups and organizations like yours reserve a spot with Friends of DuPont Forest. You bring the bus and we provide a tour guide that will take your guests on a tour of Lake Julia, High Falls, and Triple Falls. Guests are welcome to have lunch at one of the covered shelters at High Falls or Triple Falls.

We ask for a $10 donation from each guest. Proceeds benefit Friends of DuPont Forest to help us protect the forest for future generations.

To reserve a space for your group sign up here and we will follow up with confirmation.
